participant signed below. No liability shall be incurred by SMMA for personal
property damage or injury to persons while a passenger is using the facilities
of a truck line, airline, or other means of transportation. SMMA reserves the
right to accept, decline, or retain anyone participating in the tour. SMMA retains
the right to alter the itinerary at any time for the convenient operation of
the tour. SMMA reserves the right to change the date of departure of the trip
or withdraw the trip for any reason deemed necessary. The issuance and acceptance
of a receipt with your signature below will be deemed to be consent to the above
conditions.
